Depression Support Group
A local self-help group open to anyone affected by depression. The group meets every Tuesday from 7pm - 9pm.

Eating Disorders Self Help
Offering support to those experiencing an eating disorder and an opportunity to share personal experiences and coping strategies. The group meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every month from 7.30pm - 9pm.
There is also a Carers group open to all carers of people with an eating disorder or those living with someone who they think might have an eating disorder. This group meets on the 4th Thursday of every month from 7.30pm - 9pm.

Lift Up Together
Social drop-in for anyone (16+) feeling down, alone, or simply wanting company or something to do. The group is an opportunity to meet others and have a friendly chat.
The group meets every Friday from 2pm-4pm at CornerHouse. It also meets at the Lakeview Social Centre every Thursday from 12noon - 4pm. Click here for more information.

Providing a forum where people over 65 who are affected by mental health
problems can meet to share experiences.

Release - Panic and Anxiety
Support for those experiencing panic attacks, phobias, OCD and anxiety disorder. The group meets on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of every month from 7.30pm - 9pm.

Rethink Carers Support Group
This meets at CornerHouse on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 7:00-9:00pm. Carers can meet others with similar needs, find out how to cope and share their experiences.

Shifa - Asian Women's Group
Established specifically for Asian Women with emotional health problems, this group concentrates on the complex cultural and spiritual needs of its Asian women members. Meetings are held on Thursday morning from 9.30am - 12.30pm and on a Friday morning from 9.30am - 11.30am.

Wednesday Drop-in - Lunch Club
This CornerHouse managed group meets from 10.30am - 2.30pm each Wednesday providing a social drop-in along with a cooked lunch. Outings and picnics are also arranged, and anyone is welcome to drop-in for a chat or to seek support.

Woking Accord - Social Group
A social group for people affected by emotional health issues. Accord run a weekly FRIDAY EVENING DROP-IN from 7.00-10.00pm at CornerHouse. A mini-bus service to and from the venue is available on Friday evenings, please call by Thursday 4pm if you want to to be picked up.
Accord also run a weekly SUNDAY LUNCH CLUB from 11.30am -2.30pm where you can enjoy a full roast lunch, or BBQ when the weather permits. There is a charge of £3 per Sunday Meal, including Dessert. Please call Maggie on 07969837849 by 3pm Friday to book your lunch.
There is also a weekly Woking Accord CINEMA GROUP every Monday (from 4.00pm - call for more information) and a fortnightly BOWLING CLUB on Sundays at 2.30pm.

Woking Mind
The group is affiliated to Mind, the national mental health charity, providing support, friendship and help to people who live in the Borough of Woking, and who experience difficulty with their mental health.
Woking Mind offer social activities, an art group, a creative writing group and a music group, as well as free Internet access in the CornerHouse IT room.
