Still Lives - Art Project
Still Lives – is an arts project for people
experiencing mental health problems. The first
‘Still Lives’ mental health service user art
course recently began at The Lightbox, the
gallery & museum in Woking.
As well as providing two series of ten week
still life drawing classes to service users, the
culmination of this project will see their
artwork on public display at The Lightbox.
The second ten week course starts on April
20th but all places have been taken already
– contact Paul Field at CornerHouse on 01483
757461 if you would like to be placed on the
waiting list.
CornerHouse were awarded an Awards For All grant
of £6,484 to run this exciting project and will
now be seeking further Awards For All funding to
establish a new weekly Arts Project in the
summer.
